The Pigeon character
One of the latest characters we did for Sinking Ship Entertainment.
Fair amount of poly count was modelled, then send to sculpting software for the displacement details. High quality texture was also painted, to fake the feathers and even the shadows, that they shoud produce over the whole body. The only real feathers, are the one, on the wings, everything else is just a texture.
Pretty extensive rig was also created, including procedural animation for the engines. Every single piece was rigged, to give the possibility for good animation.
